- Strip-out back to the brick, and a look at what the old pipes were hiding
- New first-fix supply and waste pipework, pressure-tested before the walls close
- Concealed mixers, shower drains, wall-hung toilets and basins set out to the layout you chose
- Tiling, fittings and finishing
- A plumbing certificate of compliance for the work on completion
Why first fix matters
Most renovation leaks start at a joint that was buried in a wall without being tested. We pressure-test the new supply pipework before it is plastered or tiled over, and set mixer bodies to the right depth so the trim sits flush with the tiles. It is unglamorous, and it is the part you cannot fix later without breaking tiles.

We re-plumb kitchens for new layouts: moved sinks, butler sinks, and dishwasher and washing-machine points.
