What this site keeps in your browser, what it is for, and how to say no.

1. The short version

This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising and no outside analytics. We count visits ourselves, without cookies (below). The only thing that needs your OK is the Google map, and if you decline, it never loads.

2. Visit counts, without cookies

We count which pages are opened, where visits come from and whether people tap WhatsApp, phone or email, so we can see what works. That is stored in our own database, never with an outside analytics company, and it keeps no IP address and nothing that identifies you. It keeps two small things in your browser, neither of them a cookie: a random number for the visit, in the tab’s own session storage, deleted when you close the tab; and a yes/no note that you have visited before, so we can tell new visitors from returning ones. Clearing this site’s data in your browser removes both. Our Privacy Policy lists exactly what is counted.

3. Always on, because the site needs them

Your cookie choice itself, so you are not asked on every page.
Your sign-in, if you sign in, so the site knows it is you until you sign out.
Staff sign-in and the crew clock, for ProSol’s own people only.

4. Kept on your device, for you

When you fill in a form, the site remembers your name, number and address on your own phone or computer, so you do not have to type them again next time. Nothing leaves your device until you press send, and clearing this site’s data in your browser removes it.

When you pay by card, a note of your job and the payment reference, so the site can take you back to your job from Stitch’s payment page. It is deleted when you come back. That payment page is Stitch’s own site, under its own privacy notice.

5. The Google map, only if you say yes

The map in the contact section is Google’s, shown inside our page. When it loads, Google can set its own cookies and see that you visited, so it waits for your answer. Accept and it loads. Decline and you get a Show the map button instead. Pressing it counts as a yes, and Cookie settings takes it back.

6. Fonts

The site’s typefaces come from Google Fonts. Loading them tells Google your device’s internet address, as any web request does. They set no cookies.

7. Changing your mind

Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to change your choice at any time. Clearing this site’s cookies and data in your browser resets everything this page describes.
